BOOKING POLICY
Reservations can be made directly by phone or by requesting availability by email or WhatsApp messages.
Responses via instant messaging or email are usually quite fast (less than 2 hours) but we guarantee to respond within no more than 24 hours.
Gift Vouchers are paid entirely in cash or by card at our center or by bank transfer; In the latter case, once the deposit is confirmed, the gift voucher will be sent via e-mail for printing or, if preferred, it can be sent by postal mail to the desired destination and person (extra charge of 4.50 EUR if it is within the Spanish peninsula). The Bonds have a maturity period of 4 months from the purchase date.
For third-party Gift Vouchers, you must make the reservation within a period of no less than 24 hours and with a later date no more than 1 month. Cancellations must be made within a period of more than 48 hours from the date and time of the reservation. The company reserves the right to offer a new appointment to offer the service and in no case in periods longer than 6 months.
Please be punctual and arrive at our center at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Delay in arrival may result in alteration of the duration of the service. It is often difficult to find parking in Vejer so we ask you to be cautious in this regard. At the time of making the reservation, the best way to get to the establishment will be indicated, and this information will also be detailed electronically.
