BOOKING POLICY
Bookings can be made directly by phone or by requesting availability via email or WhatsApp messages.
Responses via instant messaging or email are usually quite prompt (within 2 hours), but we guarantee a response within a maximum of 24 hours.
Gift vouchers are paid for in full in cash or by card at our centre or by bank transfer; in the latter case, once the payment is confirmed, the gift voucher will be sent via email for printing or, if preferred, it can be sent by postal mail to the desired destination and person (additional charge of 4.50 EUR if within the Spanish mainland). Gift vouchers have a validity period of 4 months from the date of purchase.
Punctuality is requested, and we kindly ask you to arrive at our centre at least 10 minutes before your appointment. Delay in arrival may result in a reduction in the duration of the service. Parking in Vejer is often difficult, so we advise caution in this regard. At the time of booking, the best way to reach the establishment will be indicated, and this information will also be detailed electronically.
